versatile Technical Services offering designed to most suitably fit with

Unlimited support:
We will attempt to resolve any issue with the client’s computer systems
excluding hardware repair or replacement. First line support will initially
be provided by email, telephone and remote access, which will escalate to providing
a technician on-site within 24 hrs. *
Quarterly visits:
Run a series of checks to verify systems
are fully operational, update drivers and firmware, install service packs,
updates, and undertake any remedial action required.
Monthly remote checks:
Monthly remote checks on the servers,
and if necessary undertake any remedial action required.
Remote systems management:
Your servers will be monitored 24hrs
and will warn our technical team of systems or hardware, actual or potential
failure.
Yearly audit to verify documentation:
No matter how well documentation
is kept, records become inaccurate for a number of reasons. Once a year a
thorough audit is required to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Hardware warranty and software licensing advice:
As part of
the yearly audit our sales team will advise you on your licensing position
and we can quote you for hardware support [outsourced] on any out of warranty
equipment.
Qualified, experienced staff:
Our current technical team includes
two Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers with additional specialist qualifications
in Microsoft Messaging solutions. They share qualifications in HP systems
technologies and information systems architecture, and both have extensive
programming experience. Globe is committed to employing qualified people
and providing ongoing training.
