We aim to deal with any issues as soon as practicable and empower our
staff to own and deal with your matter. We operate no automated phone
system and aim to maintain a personal approach through all communications.
Placing an Order:
Should you wish to place an order you may do so by contacting
our Sales Department on 01372 471000. we advise that if you are an account
holder, you check your account position as this may delay shipments. Orders
placed before 4.30pm will ordinarily be shipped out that day.
Deliveries:
The following delivery charges apply to
all shipments unless specifically stated otherwise: UK mainland overnight
up to 20Kilogrammes £9.99
+ VAT, 50p for each additional Kilogramme. For Export Packed, Overseas, Same
Day, Weekend or Timed Deliveries please request a quotation from your account
manager. For incorrectly supplied goods please refer to our returns procedure.
Accounts:
Ordinarily New Customers will be dealt with on a cash with order
basis. After 3 transactions a Customer may qualify to apply for a Credit
Account. To open an account you must request a Credit Application Form from
our accounts department or download it from this site. When this is completed,
signed and returned with suitable enclosures we will check the application
and ordinarily revert to you within 7 days. If you wish to increase your
existing credit limit, you should make a written request with recent financial
information and an explanation of why the increase is required.
Technical Support:
Technical Support is available either on a pre-paid contract
basis, or via a premium support line, Contract holding customers should contact
Technical Support on 01372 471000 and quote their user number. All other

Remote Management:
Globe Microsystems manage some of
our client’s
systems remotely, thereby reducing the costs to the client and allowing instant
resolution of site issues.
On-Site Services:
We regularly attend sites for design, installation and
commissioning of networks and IT solutions and for post supply product maintenance.
Site visits are normally managed to ensure that the maximum number of tasks
are performed per day on site.
