A client approached Globe after changing their practice management software, as all the historical patient data was stored on a proprietary system that required a monthly licence fee. The requirements were quite simple:

• A read-only system supporting 1-3 users
• Patient addresses
• Past appointment history
• GP details

The data was extracted from the existing database to provide the client with a user friendly, searchable web interface.

Globe Licence Manager

One of the core services we provide to many of our clients is licence purchasing. To enable us to do this on the scale required, and to still effectively track the status and renewal dates of licences on an international basis, Globe Licence Manager was created. One of the challenges with this project was the numerous ways manufacturers deal with licence purchase and renewals.

Repair Tracking Manager

To enable our client to effectively track laptop repairs coming in from some of the top brands and highstreet stores, a web accessible system was created. This allows the highstreet store to create a repair job and arrange for collection.

The system also allows two way communication between the client and their customer via a ticket system linked to the repair job. This has significantly increased the speed, efficiency and turnaround on 90% of repairs.
