What logistics services or carriers do you use?

We use a range of logistics services and carriers, including: Interlink, TNT, DHL. If you would like a specific carrier please ask.

How do I track an order?

Tracking your order is simple at point of you will get notification sent to your email address with an estimated time of delivery. You can also request Proof of Delivery (POD) from your account manager.

What is the cut off time for last orders for next day delivery?

Cut off times for orders are 17:30 in England or Wales and 16:00 if in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or Scotland.

Invoice Queries

All invoice queries, including price and freight, can be raised with your dedicated account manager . All communications regarding your query are stored, giving you full transparency and status updates regarding your query.
